Timo Nentwig (*1977) is a German installation artist living in Berlin. He sees his work as an opposition to a consumer-oriented society that produces needless waste. In what others discard he sees the potential to be used again. His background in carpentry and as a draughtsman combined with his formal artistic studies have given him the skills he needs to realize his site-specific projects. Throughout his artistic career, he has been striving to show how art can help the world become connected.
